How does the giveaway work?

Buy a Ziemi Light via ziemi.com/nl/ between 1 and 31 October 2026 and you're automatically entered. No sign-up needed. Only paid orders count. If you cancel or return your order, any tickets linked to it will be void.
Yes. Every Ziemi Light you buy counts as one ticket. If you order several lights in October, whether in one order or across several, you get one ticket for each light.
All Ziemi Lights, sold individually or in a set. A set of 3 lights counts as 3 tickets. Holders and accessories don't count.

On 1 November 2026, we'll randomly draw one entry from all valid entries. The winner will be notified within 5 working days at the email address used for the order.

Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser
The WINter Time campaign ("the campaign") is organised by Ziemi Services B.V., Overtoom 60, 1054 HK Amsterdam, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 81030533 ("Ziemi"). Urban Arrow is not the organiser of this campaign.
2. Purpose of the campaign
Ziemi uses this campaign to promote Ziemi lights.
3. Campaign period
The campaign runs from 1 October 2026 at 00:00 until 31 October 2026 at 23:59 (Dutch time).
4. Who can take part
Anyone who orders a Ziemi Light via ziemi.com/nl/ during the campaign period can take part. Minors need permission from a parent or legal guardian, and this permission is always required for participants aged 16 or under. Ziemi may ask for proof of this permission when awarding the prize.
Employees of Ziemi and Urban Arrow and their immediate family members are excluded from taking part.
5. Costs
Taking part involves no extra costs. Ziemi Lights do not cost more during the campaign than outside it.
6. Draw, announcement and prize award
The draw takes place after the statutory withdrawal period has ended, so that only final orders are included. By 1 December 2026 at the latest, Ziemi will announce on this page that the draw has taken place. The announcement will include only the winner's first name and place of residence, and only with their permission. The prize will be awarded by 31 December 2026 at the latest, in consultation with the winner.
7. Personal data
For this campaign, Ziemi uses the details from your order only to carry out the draw and to contact the winner. Our privacy policy applies in all other respects.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the campaign, send it with an explanation to [email protected] or by post to the address in article 1. Ziemi will respond within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled, you can submit it to the Netherlands Gambling Authority (Kansspelautoriteit).

Ziemi may exclude participants in the event of fraud or misuse.
Ziemi will not change these terms and conditions to the detriment of participants during the campaign period.
