Retourneren

U heeft het recht uw bestelling tot 30 dagen na ontvangst aan te melden voor retour. Daarna heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om uw product retour te sturen. U krijgt dan het volledige orderbedrag gecrediteerd. Enkel de kosten voor retour van u thuis naar de webwinkel zijn voor eigen rekening. Indien u gebruik maakt van uw herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in de originele staat en verpakking aan de ondernemer geretourneerd worden. Als dat niet mogelijk is door gebeurteniseen buiten uw macht om, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via [email protected]. Wij zullen vervolgens het verschuldigde orderbedrag binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding van uw retour terugstorten mits het product reeds in goede orde retour ontvangen is.

Uitzonderingen retourneren

Een retour aanvraag wordt niet geaccepteerd wanneer er schade aan het product is aangericht door misbruik van het product, of het product niet in de originele verpakking wordt geretourneerd.

Garantie

U heeft 2 jaar garantie op het product ingaande vanaf de aankoop datum van het product. U heeft recht op de garantie wanneer het geleverde product niet functioneert zoals van te voren gecommuniceerd. U dient via de mail [email protected] aanspraak te maken op uw garantie, deze zal binnen 10 werkdagen verwerkt worden. Als het product op een andere manier is gebruikt dan door de ondernemer gecommuniceerd vervalt uw garantie.

If such a bike light were to be turned upside down, this would not only result in glare for yourself, but it would also inconvenience other road users. Ziemi has been carefully designed to only illuminate the cyclist's moving legs.

Is the Ziemi a replacement for your traditional headlight?

No, Ziemi is not intended to replace your traditional headlight. It remains important to use a regular headlamp to have good visibility on the road and to be visible from the front. Ziemi is an additional lighting that makes your moving legs visible from the front and sides, making you more recognizable as a cyclist and safer in traffic.

Aren't reflectors enough for side visibility?

Reflectors are absolutely visibility-enhancing and mandatory on every bicycle. However, the operation of reflectors is reactive. Light must shine on them first before they become visible. Think of a situation at a roundabout, if you approach from a corner of your eye, the light is too late on the reflector. The Ziemi ensures that you are constantly visible and well-lit while participating in traffic. Especially in the corner of the eye, you now stand out with a larger illuminated surface and your recognizability as a human.

Does following traffic not think that the cyclist is riding in the opposite direction because the white light shines towards the back?

The housing of Ziemi is designed in such a way that the light is directed only on the moving legs of the cyclist and then reflected back to the front and sides. This makes the white light visible only from the front and sides, and not from the back.
