Return your Ziemi light easily

You have the right to notify us of your intention to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. After that, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. You'll then be refunded the full order amount. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to the online store is at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all supplied accessories and in its original condition and packaging. If that isn't possible due to circumstances beyond your control, you can contact us at [email protected].

We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Return exceptions

A return request will not be accepted if damage to the product has been caused by misuse, or if the product is not returned in its original packaging.

Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty on the product, starting from the product's date of purchase. You are entitled to the warranty when the delivered product does not function as previously communicated. You must submit a warranty claim via email to [email protected], and it will be processed within 10 working days. If the product has been used in a way other than communicated by the trader, your warranty is void.
