Returns
You have the right to register your order for return up to 30 days after receipt. You then have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@ziemi.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Return exceptions
A return request will not be accepted if damage has been caused to the product due to misuse of the product.

Guarantee
You have a 2-year warranty on the product starting from the date of purchase of the product. You are entitled to the warranty if the delivered product does not function as communicated in advance. You must claim your warranty via email contact@ziemi.nl, which will be processed within 10 working days. If the product has been used in a manner other than that communicated by the entrepreneur, your warranty will be void.
